HOW MANY FLOWERS DO I NEED TO SEND?
We can get 6-10 beads from an average size rose depending on the condition and usable petals. Flowers with smaller petals would require more. We always encourage the sending of extra flowers to ensure enough usable flowers. Extra flowers will be stored for 6 months should you decide to order additional keepsakes.
WILL THE BEADS BE THE SAME COLOR AS THE FLOWERS?
Your preserved flowers will retain the natural color of their petals and in most cases will be a tad darker. Unless otherwise requested, we place the flowers in a base color which is a shade lighter than their original color. This both preserves the flower's original color and allows the flower to shine through.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF MY BEAD?
In most cases we can use a different base color to produce beautiful beads. However, color combinations need to be considered when deciding to vary from the flowers natural color as the base color. For example a flower with a light color may not be visible when a much darker base color is used. Blending two colors together can create a marble effect. This allows you to preserve the flowers natural color while adding a desired color change.
CAN I USE DRIED FLOWERS FROM A PREVIOUS OCCASION?
Yes, we welcome the use of flowers you have saved over the years. Your flowers can be delivered or mailed to us fresh or dried. See our Mailing Instructions for more information.

~ You can mail or deliver either fresh flowers or already dried flowers.
~ We only need your flowers or petals. No stems.
~ Lay flowers or petals in between sheets of paper towels and fold. If flowers are a tight bud such as a rose, separate the petals and lay them out flat on the paper towel. This will allow the petals to breathe and prevent the natural moisture from beginning to mildew. For ease in separating rose petals, place the rose bud in one hand, grasp the base of the flower with the other hand, twist, and remove the center along with the stem. The petals will fall apart naturally.
~ Place flowers in an envelope or folder. Do not place flowers or petals in plastic bags, bubble lined envelopes, etc. This traps moisture which can cause them to mildew in transit.
~ Inside the envelope please include our MAILING ENCLOSURE FORM.

CARING FOR YOUR KEEPSAKE
How Do I Care for My Flower Essence Keepsake?
An exterior coating has been added to your keepsake beads for protection. However, to preserve the life of your beads, we advise that you avoid exposure to chemicals and liquids. When not in use, store your flower petal jewelry out of direct sunlight. A soft cloth can be used to clean your beads and sterling silver. Do not use chemicals on your floral essence keepsake.
Your Part Of The Process
~Select your flower essence jewelry or keepsake item. Fill out the Order Form either online or mail to us. You will get an e-mail notification when your order is received.
~Mail your flowers to us. (see Mailing Instructions).
~Expect your order in 3-4 weeks. You will get an e-mail notification when your order has shipped.
Our Part In The Process
~Your order is received either online or via the mail. Your flowers or flower petals arrive at Fleurenasci, are logged into our system and matched to your customized order form.
~Fresh flowers will be put through the preservation process.
~Flower petals are used to create your flower essence beads. All beads are individually hand-rolled.
~The flower essence beads are individually sealed.
~Your selected jewelry or keepsake items are created using your unique flower essence beads. Your jewelry or keepsakes will be customized according to the selections made on your order form.
~Your keepsake items are packaged and mailed to you. We will e-mail you when your keepsake order has been shipped.
Your satisfaction is always important to us. If you are unhappy with your order, we will do our best to make your requested changes. Due to the custom nature of flower essence jewelry and keepsakes, we do not offer refunds on completed orders. Repairs are free for one year after your purchase.
